Profil Westlife

Dilansir dari wikipedia.org Westlife adalah grup vokal pop Irlandia, yang dibentuk pada tahun 1998 di Dublin, dibubarkan pada tahun 2012 dan disatukan kembali pada tahun 2018.

Mereka awalnya ditandatangani oleh Simon Cowell di Inggris, Clive Davis di AS dan dikelola oleh Louis Walsh dan Sonny Takhar.

Grup saat ini terdiri dari Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, dan Shane Filan.

Kelompok ini mulai terkenal dengan debut album studio self-titled internasional mereka, Westlife (1999).

Diikuti oleh Coast to Coast (2000), World of Our Own (2001), Unbreakable - The Greatest Hits Vol. 1 (2002) dan Turnaround (2003) yang melanjutkan kesuksesan grup di seluruh dunia.

Sebelum dimulainya Turnaround Tour mereka pada tahun 2004, salah satu anggota line-up asli Brian McFadden berangkat dari band.

Keempat anggota yang tersisa melanjutkan sebagai sebuah kelompok untuk merilis album sampul mereka Allow Us to Be Frank (2004) dan The Love Album (2006) dan album studio Face to Face (2005) dan Back Home (2007).

Setelah delapan tahun, grup kuartet akan merilis album studio kesebelas mereka pada tahun 2019, single pertama "Hello My Love" dirilis pada 10 Januari 2019.
